Our Company has used Terry Miller Heating and Cooling for over 15 years for repairs, installation, and annual maintenance of our multi HVAC systems which include the old AMP Dairy on South Park St. This building was converted from a boiler system to 15 high efficiency forced air furnaces and central air condtioners. There staff are very friendly, reliable, and efficient. Pricing is competitive and fair. We highly recommend their services.
RCR Management Inc.
Our new facility required a mix of systems to service office, manufacturing and warehouse spaces, plus a lab with a constant temperature requirement. The final solution utilizes a number of different HVAC technologies. In the end, Terry chose geothermal, radiant floor heat, and forced air, all distributed to multiple zones. Terry and his crew were able to integrate all of the different systems seamlessly. The benefit we’ve seen is a highly efficient, low maintenance system, but more importantly we’ve found one contractor with the knowledge base to service any part of the system.

We built a home and called in Terry Miller to do the the HVAC system. This was a GeoThermal system which included a Water Furnace. Terry and his team were wonderful to work with. The system was installed on time and budget. We are very happy with our GeoThermal system. Our average bill for MG&E is $30 a month, and from Alliant Energy is $100 a month. Our home is 4300s/f and we heat and cool the entire area.

We own a 1650 sq ft single story house that rests on a slab. It was constructed in 2006. In floor heating and hot water is provided by a Water Furnace EW model with a Horizontal Closed Loop system. The Water Furnace has operated flawlessly, with no maintenance required since the initial system “tweaking” after we moved in.
A review of energy bills indicates that we use a maximum of $150 per month to operate the system during the coldest months of winter
We are happy we selected this system and have been very satisfied with the installation and subsequent support provided by Miller Heating & Cooling.
